Macam apa jer tajuk kat atas ni.... Poin utama nak tulis kat sini adalah peringatan untuk tarikh maut yang bakal menjelang ni! arrrghhhhhh~ ops! Maaf, menulis entri ni di kala tengah tertekan... kan wansiti dah cakap, salah-satu sebab wansiti tulis blog, untuk kurang tekanan/tension.... jadi, pepaham je la yea... [okey, tak serius..]
Kindly be informed of the following deadlines:
(a) 8 May 2011 (Sunday):
Last day of examination week.
Last day for students in programmes with thesis to fill in the online “Research Progress Report (UPM/TNCAA/PS/GS-11)” form.
(b) 18 May 2011 (Wednesday):
Last day for Supervisors/Advisors to verify their student’s GS-11 form and key-in grades for Masters Research (SPS5999) and Doctoral Research (SPS6999).
(c) 22 May 2011 (Sunday):
Last day for the Faculty’s/Institute’s Coordinator Graduate Studies to endorse the GS-11 forms and Supervisors/Advisors to key-in SPS5999 and SPS6999 grades.
Last day for the Faculty’s/Institute’s Coordinator Graduate Studies to forward the result of PhD Comprehensive Examination [completed “Keputusan Peperiksaan Komprehensif – PhD (UPM/TNCAA/PS/GS-12)” form] to the School of Graduate Studies.
(d) Two weeks after the final examination of each course but not later than 22 May 2011 (whichever comes first):
Last day for the course lecturer/coordinator to key-in the grades for the respective course [Compulsory (YW), Elective (ELF), Audit (AU)]. For an Audit course, marks equivalent to 65 and above will be graded as M and lower than 65 will be graded as TM.
(e) 30 May 2011 (Monday):
The School of Graduate Studies begins the process of printing semester results.
(f) 3 Jun 2011 (Friday)
Last day for re-sit examinations. Please note that re-sit examinations are for students with Probation or Terminated status who had scored a grade B- and below for a given course registered in the semester. Lecturers or course coordinators are advised to arrange the re-sit examination as soon as possible after the result of the examination has been announced to students.
(g) 10 Jun 2011 (Friday):
Last day for the Faculty’s/Institute’s Graduate Studies Coordinator to forward the results of re-sit examination to the School of Graduate Studies.
Last day for Faculties/Institutes to submit the endorsed grades for all courses offered during the Semester to the School of Graduate Studies. [Please submit the hardcopy of the grades (printed from i-GIMS) that have been signed by the course lecturer/coordinator and the Faculty’s/Institute’s Graduate Studies Coordinator to the School of Graduate Studies].
(h) Two weeks after the date of printing of results or as specified in the Notice to Apply for Review of Termination:
Last day for students to apply for Review of Grade (Form GS-13a).
Last day for students to apply online for Review against Termination (Form GS-13b).
